Chaps & Co Barbershop came to us as they wanted to drive the online side of their business forward. This meant creating a full funnel digital strategy which generated brand awareness among their target audience, increased consideration and drove performance with online bookings through the website. Chaps & Co also wanted to measure the ROI of their media spend, so we needed to create and implement a comprehensive and full-proof analytics, tracking and measurement infrastructure.
Our strategy for Chaps & Co was based around a full-funnel approach. We wanted to increase brand awareness, drive consideration and, ultimately, generate more online bookings – all at the same time. To do this we had to utilise multiple media channels in order to target users at different stages of their decision making process. Our media plan was based around using Social Media Advertising and YouTube at the top and middle of the funnel, whilst leveraging the power of Google at the bottom of the funnel via PPC and SEO.
In addition to this we wanted to create a better online experience via the Chaps & Co website, so our web design and development team got to work on designing and developing a new, on-brand Chaps & Co website.
