    WELL, IT FINALLY HAPPENED. THE RESULTS ARE IN, AND WE WALKED AWAY WITH SEVEN SHINY NEW TROPHIES FROM THE MENA SEARCH AWARDS. THAT’S RIGHT, SEVEN. WE WERE NOMINATED FOR EIGHT, SO NOT QUITE A CLEAN SWEEP, BUT WE’RE WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THE ORGANISERS IF THIS IS A NEW RECORD. HERE’S THE LOWDOWN ON HOW WE GOT ON……

    If you thought the nomination announcement was self-indulgent, buckle up. We now have seven awards to brag about, and honestly, it feels like the universe is trying to make sure everyone knows we’re a big deal. Modesty? Never heard of her. Let’s get into it…..

    MAKING FINANCE LOOK FUN – AND WINNING AT IT

    Our work with mimojo didn’t just make finance marketing bearable – it made it award-winning……….
    We snagged the trophy for🏆Best Use of Search – Finance (PPC) because apparently, spreadsheets and search ads are our love language.

    BOAT SHOWS AND PPC – A WINNING COMBO

    For the 🏆Best Use of Search – Travel/Leisure (PPC) category, we crushed it with the Dubai International Boat Show. Who knew promoting yachts could lead to a trophy? Apparently, the judges agree: luxury boating content floats everyone’s boat.

    ROLLS-ROYCE – REVVED UP AND READY TO WIN

    As expected, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars continued to be our lucky charm. We brought home wins for 🏆Best Use of Search – Automotive and 🏆Best Use of Social Media in a Search Campaign. Because when you combine ultra-luxury cars with TIDAL magic, the results are almost like a fairytale.

    THE INTEGRATION STATION – ANOTHER TROPHY, PLEASE

    This was a very important one for us. 🏆Best Integrated Campaign, we managed to retain our trophy for the second year running, also with the Dubai International Boat Show. Let’s face it – when it comes to integrating PPC, Social Media, SEO and content into one seamless package, you dont want to come up against us in a head-to-head. Or maybe you do, at your peril.

    DATA + PPC = TROPHY TIME

    mimojo made another award-winning appearance with 🏆Best Use of Data (PPC). Who knew that crunching numbers and squeezing every last drop of performance from a data-driven campaign could be so glamorous? Oh wait, we did.

    BEST INTEGRATED AGENCY? – IT’S IN OUR DNA

    The absolute icing on the cake, the cream always rises to the top they say and after winning this same award at the Global Search Awards earlier this year (read about that here) we are delighted to announce TIDAL Digital are now officially the 🏆Best “Small” Integrated Search Agency in MENA also. Are we bothered that they called us small? Not one bit.

    THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY

    Yes, we’re still fuming over that eighth nomination. Who won it instead of us? We’ll probably never know (and don’t care to find out), but don’t worry – we’ll be coming back for it next year with a vengeance.
