Challenge
Surf Sessions, an internationally known Surf School based in Durban, contacted us as they wanted to move their business online. They has traditionally taken all surf school bookings over the phone and he process of managing bookings has been manual and very analog. In addition to moving to an online booking solution, Surf Sessions wanted to blend in digital campaigns and SEO to drive traffic and convert more customers.
Strategy
In order to meet all objectives, we outlined a phased approach to the Surf Sessions strategy:
Phase 1: Design and build a fit-for-purpose website with online booking platform that was easy to use for both the customer and the staff at the surf school.
Phase 2: Put together a comprehensive SEO and digital media strategy that targeted the right people, with the right message, at the right time to increase the number of surf school bookings.
Phase 3: Launch digital campaigns and optimise to drive better results.
