When Hopi approached us they were in the middle of a, largely unsuccessful, pre-launch campaign. As a yet-to-launch startup the guys at Hopi wanted to determine the level of demand and interest in their product/service – a monthly contact lens subscription. With such a great product and service offering we were surprised that their prelaunch campaign hadn’t gained more traction.
After a careful and thorough deep-dive into the Hopi pre-launch campaign we decided that it was best to start from scratch and go back to basics.
