Drawdeck

Challenge

Drawdeck, a Dubai based online wall art eCommerce retailer, managed all their marketing in-house but came to us as they were looking to scale the online side of their business with the help of a performance agency. Drawdeck had already been running some Facebook Ads campaigns with a relative level of success, but wanted to explore opening up other digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads and SEO, to operate a larger and more integrated digital marketing strategy.

Strategy

We wanted to leverage the good work the Drawdeck team had already done on Facebook Ads and blend that into a larger, more integrated digital marketing strategy. By keeping the best performing Facebook Ads campaigns live and blending in our new prospecting and retargeting campaigns we were able to scale the channels performance considerably. In addition, we opened up Google Ads and saw really good performance across search and shopping. Finally, our SEO team got to work on optimising the website and its content to ensure we’re driving as much organic traffic as possible.

After speaking to a few performance agencies we were wholly convinced that Tidal were the right partner for us. As a business their culture and ethics are aligned with ours and their track-record of scaling SME’s speaks for itself. It’s been a great journey so far and we’re looking forward to many more successful years with them as our performance agency.
