A great month to end in 2020! We focused on driving new users to the SENSASIA website and optimised campaigns towards driving leads (WhatsApp, Phone Calls, Emails) rather than online bookings.
New customer revenue for The Village and EGC increase by 66% from November to December, whilst the % of revenue from new customers also increased from 19% in November to 27% in December – this is exactly the progress we wanted after making the changes to the campaigns. We also had the best Online Booking revenue to date which outlines the month-on-month improvement that TIDAL has delivered.
Moving into January we are still working on getting the Google Ads campaign up and running, whilst we continue to test and optimise audiences within Facebook Ads to generate leads that the SENSASIA team can close once they get in contact.
